We planned for an overnight pit stop at Lago di Garda to shorten the way.
The next three nights we stayed at an agriturismo near Florence. (http://www.salvadonica.com/)
After that we moved further south to Siena and planted ourselves in the country side for the next five nights. (http://www.agriturismosangallo.com/ENG/home.html)
The only sounds at night and during the day we could hear were of the many pheasants and sheep in the fields surrounding us.
Some people said we were brave taking a three and a half month old baby for such a long trip, but it all worked out! Luca set the pace and we followed.
Here some pictures and best snapshots from along the way.
